Hello friends,for many of the windows xp users it is a problem when a software is not support in Windows xp service pack 2.By using the following trick you can easily change it from WINDOWS XP SP2 TO SP3.
I tried it and installed many softwares that is compatible with windows xp service pack 3.
These are the steps to upgrade from windows xp service pack 2 to service pack 3
You can check it even by left click on the MY COMPUTER icon and click on properties.Their you can see that it is Service Pack 3.

- First click on the START button and open RUN or Windows key + r
- In the window enter REGEDIT
- Then the register editor will be opened.
- And then click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
- Click on the SYSTEM.
- And then click on the ControlSet001
- And click on the WINDOWS in the opened list.
- In the side window you would get list of options
- Their click on the CSDVersion
- Then a box will open.
- In the box change the value data from 200 to 300.
- And then close the window and all other appilications.
- And RESTART YOUR SYSTEM.
You can check it even by left click on the MY COMPUTER icon and click on properties.Their you can see that it is Service Pack 3.
